Who makes your gear
Every GPG uniform is made by our manufacturing partner in East Asia: an exporter founded in 1997 with two wholly owned garment factories and 17,000 m² of production space.
Its factories produce for authorized licensees of the four major U.S. leagues and the NCAA — including Majestic, Mitchell & Ness, Russell Athletic, Mizuno, and Fanatics — and supply professional baseball clubs in Japan and South Korea. Since 2022 it has been the official uniform supplier to national baseball and softball teams, including a women's national team and men's U-series programs.
That's the same factory floor, the same sublimation and embroidery lines, and the same quality process your order goes through. GPG handles everything on the U.S. side, so you get factory-direct manufacturing with one domestic point of contact.
What to expect
Minimums, timeline, payment, and quality control — the things to know before you ask for a quote.
Minimums
Orders start at a few dozen pieces, so a single team or club can order without buying for the whole school. Small runs cost more per piece than large ones; pricing by quantity is on every quote.
Timeline
- Digital mockup with firm pricing: within 48 hours of your request.
- Physical pre-production sample (optional): 2–3 weeks.
- Production: 4–8 weeks depending on quantity.
- Shipping: about 1 week by air, 4–5 weeks by sea.
Plan on 8–10 weeks door-to-door with air freight or 12–14 weeks by sea. Tell us your first-game date and we'll tell you which option fits.
Payment
50% deposit when you approve the proof and submit your roster; balance before the order ships. School purchase orders with net-30 terms are accepted. All invoicing is in U.S. dollars from GPG — no international wires, no customs paperwork on your side. Duties and brokerage are handled by GPG and included in your quote.
Quality control
Every order is inspected before it leaves the factory, and we send you inspection photos before the balance is due. Independent third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Intertek, or QIMA) is available on request for a small surcharge. If anything deviates from your approved proof, roster, or spec, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we remake or credit it.
A sporting goods company or brand?
GPG is also the U.S. point of contact for our manufacturing partner's OEM/ODM work — additional capacity, product development, and new production relationships for established brands.

Questions coaches and athletic directors ask
Do you make the uniforms yourselves?
No — GPG is the U.S. partner. Manufacturing is done by our partner factory in East Asia, which produces for major U.S. licensed-apparel brands and outfits national baseball and softball teams. GPG manages design, quoting, ordering, quality control, import, and delivery.
What's the minimum order?
A few dozen pieces. One team is enough. Per-piece pricing drops as quantity goes up, and every quote shows the price breaks.
How long does it take?
Mockup and pricing within 48 hours. Then roughly 8–10 weeks door-to-door with air freight, or 12–14 weeks by sea. Ask early — we'll work backward from your season.
Can we get a sample first?
Yes. A physical pre-production sample takes 2–3 weeks and is optional; most teams approve a digital proof and go straight to production.
Do we deal with customs or import paperwork?
No. GPG is the importer of record. You receive one U.S.-dollar invoice from GPG with duties and delivery included.
How do we pay?
50% deposit at proof approval, balance before shipment. Schools can pay by purchase order on net-30 terms.
What sizes are available?
Youth through adult, including women's cuts.
What if something is wrong with the order?
Report it with photos within 14 days of delivery. If it deviates from the approved proof, roster, or specification, we remake or credit it at no cost.
Can you make things other than team uniforms?
Yes — school uniforms, staff polos, corporate apparel, workwear, and private-label lines for brands.
